Sophie also assists organizations in the implementation of talent management strategies in order to attract and retain the best talent and help organizations foster career management philosophies internally. She partners with organizations as part of their selection process to assess candidates for potential roles and their fit within the organizational culture and respective teams.
Work –Life balance is also a passion for Sophie. She firmly believes in helping people manage the work-life tug of war, in order to lead healthier and more balanced lives, and produce greater satisfaction all around.
Prior to working in the Human Capital Management Consulting field, Sophie spent 13 years working in Corporate HR. Her experience includes global operations, mergers and acquisitions, and integration of employees as a result of large outsourcing initiatives. She successfully developed results-driven HR departments and aligned HR strategies with business objectives.
