Career Transition

We work with individuals who are affected by a company restructuring or downsizing and offer career transition services.  This type of service provides one-on-one support to facilitate the process of moving through this change and ensure a successfuly transition strategy.

We can help you:

• Identify possible career options (leveraging career assessments if applicable);
• Develop a strategy for targeting the career path;
• Assist in the preparation of professional marketing materials such as resume, executive profile, cover letters, etc.;
• Provide coaching around communication skills (ie. networking, interviewing, and negotiation).
