We follow a coaching process that includes the following elements:

  • Initial conversation with sponsoring organization and key stakeholders to understand the needs behind the coaching assignment;
  • First meeting with the coachee to assess their objectives and coaching readiness;
  • Information / data gathering which can include 360 assessment and / or psychometric assessments;
  • Confirmation of coaching objectives in alignment with organizational needs;
  • A regular schedule of coaching meetings with goals for each session;
  • Progress and final evaluation
