We follow a coaching process that includes the following elements:
- Initial conversation with sponsoring organization and key stakeholders to understand the needs behind the coaching assignment;
- First meeting with the coachee to assess their objectives and coaching readiness;
- Information / data gathering which can include 360 assessment and / or psychometric assessments;
- Confirmation of coaching objectives in alignment with organizational needs;
- A regular schedule of coaching meetings with goals for each session;
- Progress and final evaluation
